The cape flutter is a little fast and could use a few more frames but it maybe just a style thing.

It was partly a style choice; I was testing if it's possible to animate fabric less with wavy motion and more with contrasting shapes. I wasn't sure if it looked alright so feedback was very much appreciated, thank you! When I next time I try this, I use more frames ^^
