Well if you show me a picture with how they look the way you are doing them now, I could help you better. I would be happy to help, but I need to see what you are currently doing to give more specific advice. Are you having trouble with all angles or just one?

thanks, my main problem is proportioning and this tutorial shows me how long fingers and palms have to be to be in proportion. maybe you can give some suggestions how I could figure out how long fingers should be compared to other body parts? thanks.

The best guide for that is to think of this. When your hand is all the way open, fingers spread, it covers your entire face. Try it. So when you are drawing hands, it is generally a good idea to make them big enough to cover the face.
