Description
This is a tribute to a great cartoon series everybody knows, Recess. They don't make such fun, smart cartoons anymore. I miss those days...From left to right they are Vince, Spinelli, Mikey, TJ, Gretchen and Gus.
You'll probably know the reference picture this one is taken from (LINK ). Actually all I wanted was to draw them in my style, and I think (hope) I succeeded. It took me at least 6 hours to do it (one for each character). Hope you like it!

Adoro cómo te ha quedado Spinelli o.o en serio, me encanta su cara, su expresión! Me parece que tiene mazo de personalidad xD en realidad creo que todos te han quedado muy bien, están muy logrados y carismáticos ^^ creo que es bastante difícil hacer un fanart de una serie adaptándolo a tu estilo pero manteniend la esencia de los personajes, y para mí lo has hecho fenomental *-*
TJ está para comérselo, adoro su expresión de confianza xD

me alegra que percibas el esfuerzo de mantener su esencia original a pesar del cambio de estilo (en mi casa estan todos empeñados en que los hice como si hubieran crecido).
en cuando a TJ tuve que arreglarle un ojo porque los tenia muy separados y parecia del perezoso de ice age.
y yo tampoco sabia cual era el titulo original hasta que meti en google "la banda del patio titulo original" xD

Yo nos los veo tan crecidos, de todos modos... aunque es verdad que hace mazo de tiempo que no veo la serie xD pero las personalidades de cada uno están claramente ahí, eso no se pierde ^^

not as much as the others two, but sometime, yes. but as much as I know it wasn't on for very long where I live. I can't remember much about it, but I'm guessing it was as cool (?)
