(The Time Heist)

- When the Time Machine and the Time Travel suits are ready, the surviving Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy rendezvous together first in the briefing room and then in the hangar bay at the Avengers Compound with the plans for which points in time to travel to in order to obtain the Infinity Stones

- Loki talks about the Space Stone and the Reality Stone since he just like Thor and Odin and his father has had encounters with both of them, and Loki mentions that the best point in time to obtain the Space Stone will be during the attack on New York while the best time to obtain the Reality Stone is at some point after it has been entrusted to the safekeeping of The Collector himself on Knowhere

- Carol Danvers talks about how the Space Stone is why she got her powers which happened when she was forced to blow up the Light-speed engine powered by the energy of the Space Stone itself so it wouldn’t fall into the hands of the Kree which led to the energy of the Space Stone fusing with her DNA

- Wanda Maximoff and Loki both talk about the Mind Stone since they both have encountered the Mind Stone as well where Loki talks about how it was already in the possession of Thanos before he entrusted it to him in the form of the Scepter to help him in his conquest of Earth while Wanda Maximoff talks about how it later ended up in the possession of HYDRA before they used it to where it gave her and her brother their heroic powers before Loki points out that the best point in time to obtain the Mind Stone will be in the same time as the Space Stone during the attack on New York

- Doctor Strange talks about how the Time Stone has been in the possession of the Masters of the Mystic Arts since it was first discovered by the Father and Founder of the Masters of the Mystic Arts named Agamotto who created its other form called the Eye of Agamotto to help harness its powers and use it as one of the ways to protect the world from other dimensional threats before he started the oath for the Masters of the Mystic Arts to take where they are to protect the Time Stone with their lives

- Peter Quill talks about how he first encountered the Power Stone on a planet called Morag which was contained in an orb and was able to hold the Power Stone for as long as he did and how the Power Stone had to be kept away from the clutches of both Thanos and his ally named Ronan who was a Kree fanatic outraged by the peace treaty between his fellow Kree and the Nova Empire and was out to obtain the Power Stone to use it as a weapon to wipe out the Nova Empire’s capital world of Xandar

- Gamora talks about the Soul Stone and how she discovered its location on a world called Vormir which is a dominion of death at the very center of Celestial existence and that it is where Thanos murdered her to obtain the Soul Stone

- And then when the surviving Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy are ready to begin the Time Heist, they gather together on the Quantum Tunnel Time Machine and divide into groups with Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne operating the Time Machine

2012 New York
- the ones that go to New York in 2012 during the attack on New York are Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Bucky Barnes, Falcon, Ant Man, and Wasp
- Doctor Strange and Black Panther go to the New York Sanctorum and convince the Ancient One to hand over the Time Stone after when she warns them to bring the Infinity Stones back to their proper places in time after their business with the Infinity Stones is done so as to avoid creating branches in time and creating chaos throughout the Multiverse
- Bucky Barnes and Falcon retrieve the Mind Stone from the STRIKE team without difficulty when Bucky Barnes whispers “Hail HYDRA” to them, even though Bucky Barnes has to let Falcon come in and knock out 2012 Captain America when they meet
- Ant Man and Wasp manage to get the Space Stone from the case being carried by 2012 Tony Stark after creating a distraction that Ant Man originally did with help from Tony Stark who disguised himself as a member of the SWAT team section of S.H.E.I.L.D. which results in being able to avoid the door that 2012 Hulk smashes through and thereby prevents 2012 Loki from taking the Space Stone and escaping

2014 Knowhere
- the ones that go to Knowhere in 2014 about a month before the present day events of “Guardians of the Galaxy” are Loki, Wanda Maximoff, Shuri, and Carol Danvers
- Loki, Wanda Maximoff, Shuri, and Carol Danvers arrive on Knowhere in a Vibranium powered jet
- Loki disguises himself as a Ravager living on Knowhere and he and Carol Danvers distract The Collector while Wanda Maximoff and Shuri find the Reality Stone in its container in the form of the Aether (the liquid form of the Reality Stone) before Loki, Carol Danvers, Wanda Maximoff, and Shuri finally go back to the Present

2014 Morag
- Peter Quill, Gamora, Peter Parker, Drax, Mantis, and Groot arrive on Morag in 2014 at the same time for when the present day events of “Guardians of the Galaxy” begin to take place
- Drax, Mantis, and Groot drop Peter Quill, Gamora, and Peter Parker off on Morag before leaving on The Benatar to head off to Vormir
- Gamora and Peter Quill warn Peter Parker that they will have to take cover as they are not the only ones in this timeline looking for the Stones
- Peter Parker asks Gamora and Peter Quill who is also looking for the Stones to which Gamora reveals just like Nebula originally did, “Thanos, my sister, and me” while Peter Quill adds, “Including myself” to which Peter Parker wonders where they are now
- Peter Quill, Gamora, and Peter Parker watch 2014 Peter Quill comes into the temple containing the Power Stone dancing to “Come and get your Love” which really amuses Gamora and Peter Parker while Peter Quill wonders if he was that much of a jerk to which Gamora agrees by saying that he will always be her idiot
- Peter Quill knocks his 2014 self out before he and Gamora and Peter Parker continue on into the vault containing the Power Stone in an orb where Peter Quill uses one of his gravity mines to pull the orb out of its protective shield container before they return to the Present
- Because he has the original self of Gamora back in his life thanks to the TVA (Time Variance Authority), Peter Quill does not think about stealing the Milano belonging to his 2014 self so as to find Gamora and bring her back to the Present

2014 Vormir
- Drax, Mantis, and Groot arrive on Vormir
- As they climb the slopes of the mountain and are right near the area with the altar cliff, Drax, Groot, and Mantis are greeted by the Stonekeeper who reveals himself to be Johann Schmidt/Red Skull who addresses the trio as “Drax son of Draco, Mantis daughter of Ego, and Groot son of Groot Supreme”
- After arriving at the altar cliff, the Stonekeeper/Red Skull guides them to the location of the Soul Stone
- When the Stonekeeper/Red Skull reveals that the only way to obtain the Soul Stone is by sacrificing the soul of a loved one, this leaves Drax, Mantis, and Groot in shock
- After a while, Drax, Mantis, and Groot all agree for Drax to be the one to make the sacrifice so that the others can obtain the Soul Stone despite the effect it will have on the rest of the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy as Drax realizes that this is the only way he will be able to see his wife and daughter again and do something he never thought worth doing so that the fifty percent that Thanos wiped out can come back
- Drax makes the jump to fall off the altar cliff to his death on the circle below the cliff which leads to Mantis and Groot ending up in a pool near the cliff with the Soul Stone now in their possession before they then return to the Present

Return to the Present Day
- The surviving Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy return to the Present where Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne are waiting for them
- When they all find out from Groot and Mantis that Drax had sacrificed himself for them to obtain the Soul Stone as the Stonekeeper directed that sacrificing the soul of a loved one is the only way to obtain the Soul Stone, the surviving Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy take the time to mourn Drax’s death before proceeding on with their plan to put the Infinity Stones on a new Infinity Gauntlet made out of Vibranium by Shuri so they can use it to bring back the fifty percent that Thanos wiped out
