I gotta be honest, I DO like Doctor Who. Not a major fan, I don't really watch every episode, but I watch the clips and have some of the merchandise (mainly a TARDIS mug, which is a bitch to clean, and a toy Ironside Dalek). The 9th Doctor was my favourite. When Sonic failed to impress (it was around 2005-06, you see), the Doctor was there to fill the space. Heh. Memories.

Anyway, I remember that in the past I created a version for some story called Doctor Food. And you can tell from the name alone that it was one of the worst things I've ever done. So I tried to start again. And he'd certainly fit in...in Sonic Boom.

Yeah, you heard me. I figured that Sonic Boom would slip at LEAST one Doctor Who joke in, so why not give them a reference point for it? Helps if that contest thing I want to happen swings around.

"THE SURGEON"
FULL NAME: Unknown
SPECIES: Time Lord
AGE: Unknown
POWERS:
+ Increased intelligence
+ Rejuvenation (I'm fairly sure you can figure out what that means)
INCARNATION: 9th
BIO:
+ Time Lord on a strange and mysterious planet.
+ Became involved in the Time War, as with the others. However, rather than stay and fight (like the Doctor eventually did), the Surgeon ran away to a different universe entirely to avoid the influence of the war ever pulling him back in.
+ Went on adventures with many compainions and Rejuvenated accordingly. By the time of meeting Janic, he was fresh off the heels of his 8th Rejuvenation, with all the issues that came with it.
LIKES:

+ Some of the Boomiverse inhabitants (mainly Tails)
+ Watermelon Soda (for the record, I HAVE drunk that. Taste is...indescribable, honestly)
DISLIKES:
+ Being called a Time Lord
+ Master (as in the self-insert OC, not THE Master)
+ Rejuvenation sickness
PERSONALITY: Fresh off the heels of his Rejuvenation, the Surgeon's personality is a bit...muddled. He is mainly calm and stoic, but gets angry if anyone mentions the Time Lords
NOTES:
+ His appearance is a tad miss-matched because of his Rejuvenation sickness, but he kept wearing his seen clothes as he stopped caring after a few new faces (some of his previous Rejuvenations were REALLY short).
+ Despite being a Time Lord, he tries to hide the fact REALLY well. This i because he knows the Time Lords are hated (see: Night of the Doctor) and he wants to avoid what happened to the 8th Doctor (again, see Night of the Doctor. No, seriously. Watch it. It be real good, yo).

JANIC
FULL NAME: Jennifer Needlemouse
SPECIES: Hedgehog
AGE: 16
POWERS:
+ Super Speed
+ Increased Durability
BIO:
+ Another universe Sonic the Hedgehog, captured by Eggman and expiermented on with Time Lord DNA recovered from the Surgeon's crashed TARDIS.
+ Eventually rescued by the Surgeon, but not before a laser bolt managed to inflict a killing blow.
+ Managed to Rejuvenate due to the DNA, but only once, creating the female body seen above

DISLIKES:
+ Her new body (at first)

PERSONALITY: Rather similar to Sonic, overly cocky and egomanical. However, Janic is more likely to think and act rationally than her brethren, something she berates Boom!Sonic for not doing.
