Description
When I started this in my second semester of Junior year, it was simultaneously awesome and terrifying. More so than ever before at school, I was allowing myself to explore the kind of content I was really interested in, so I was vulnerable in that regard. From a technical standpoint too, painting an invented scene like this (with some reference of course, but some things you just can't photograph ) is super challenging. I don't think I succeeded the way I initially wanted, but now that it's been over a year since I made this, I can look back on it as an important evolutionary step.
