Is it just me, or does Serpentor look an awful lot like the evil wizard Wrath-Amon from the 90's Conan the Adventurer cartoon?

Actually, it is the opposite. G.I. Joe came out years before Conan the Adventurer. So, in truth, Wrath-Amon would look similar to Serpentor since their animation was done by Sunbow.
