The G1 Devastator (you know.. .the real one heh) I sketched out as part of a Livestream broadcast of myself drawing. While drawing, lightning knocked out my power and I lost all my work (save often kids!). So I gave up ont hat, and drew an Optimus instead for the Livestream (which I'll posted a link to on the main page!). I didn't feel like redrawing Dev so I was going to think of something else for the strip... but I then remembered- Livestream saves all your broadcasts! So I went to the devastator video, screencapped the part when I had sketched Devastator, and inked over the lowres screen cap. Phew!

This is so funny and so true. We all know and secretly imagined they were "equipped", but nobody really expected them to flaunt it. I saw the clip of that on youtube.
My feeling are very up and down about the movie TFs. The Autobots were designed beautifully, but I find they tried too hard at making the Decepticons look evil to the point where they don't even look like TFs anymore. And even with that, the personalities need more development. I mean, the bot who even had any personality at all was Bumblebee and that's saying a lot considering he couldn't talk in the first movie.
