Description
The idea: The guitar has went into drastic changes from the classical spanish to the recent models of electric guitars. Be it classical, contemporary acoustic rock or even the noisiest metal, the guitar served as one of the primary insturments to accompany and to lead. As a learning guitarist myself, I have my own guitar heroes and Yngwie Malmsteen is just one of them. The others being Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Michaelangelo Batio and many others. But Malmsteen's style is like fusing classical or baroque music with rock and metal techniques and playing them super fast on his signature Fender Strat. That concept gave me this picture on my mind which you are seeing right now. Actually I was about to color the background dark and put bright lights above but I got out of black ink so I wasn't able to finish this one. So here it is. I made a mistake here actually. The screw for the sling shouldn't be appearing here bacause it is the lower part of the electric guitar that you're seeing. The screw should be on the upper part. But that is the one occupied by the classical guitar. I didn't noticed that until I've finished the drawing. The history: I did this one lazy afternoon during my 3rd year college semestral break.

*Whistles* Such smooth, stable lines! Looks solid and properly proportioned. Any tools used to ensure smooth, even curves?
Again, fine work!

I haven't got any special tools actually. However I spend a lot of time and energy to keep my grip very stable and to avoid trembling. That's why it takes long before I finish my drawings. I have very short and light fingers that I consider an advantage (I think). Again thanks for the compliment. :-D
