Wow, this looks amazing! I think the color swap frame adds a lot, even though it's visible for only a split second.
Thanks so much for making this!

You use the move tool (the mouse icon with the cross I think).

Thank you very much!
Depends on what it is I'm animating. The animation above maybe took 15 to 30 minutes (I was heavily distracted so I lost track) while my bouncy pixel animations take 3 hours on average.

oh wow, you are very talented, I wish I was as good as you, I would love to animate my characters >n<
btw, your icon, it makes me giggle every time I see it. Does it matter if you have the CS5 or CS6?
Sorry if I am asking so many questions, I really want to get good at pixeling. >n<
my apologies.

(sorry for the late reply!)
Thank you very much! It takes a bit of time and patience, so don't give up
the version really doesn't matter-- the only difference between the newer versions of Photoshop have with the older versions is that the older versions relied on a secondary program to do the animation.

haha, no worries.
I have patience but it seems to run out pretty fast sometimes...
-shot-
and oh really? there are not that big of differences in the new and old photoshops?

Well the new versions of Photoshop have all sorts of new features for photomanipulation and stuff, but when it comes to pixel-art-making ability, there's not much of a difference at all.
