haha! yes they are
i'm not so very talented with working with values/hues/saturation with my photos... i tend to just shoot, click, and upload them if i like 'em enough

Well it's a pretty slippery ground, it's sometimes difficult not to overdo it. Plus there are a few catches with software itself..

Spring? Really? Strange that some leaves still remain. Or are they new ones and the sun just makes them look like they're changing colors?

Well, Spring usually comes late to these here parts, sadly definitely not in March. I'm pretty sure these are old leaves hanging on thanks to mild winds and humidity. Plenty of them hang around like that, especially since the winter has been much warmer than usuall.

And terrible (for this region) 35 Celsius heat waves in the summer. It is strange, it's the second year in a row with messed up weather like that. "Normally" winters here sometimes bring severe -20 or -25 temperatures, which would make anything fall off trees.
