Description
I built some LEGO armored vehicles recently, but I had no proper place to put them into, so I decided to figure out some solution...and what's better for storing vehicles than a workshop, where you can also do all sorts of maintenance on them?I got kinda inspired by games like World of Tanks or Armored Warfare, where you have your own garage for storing your armored vehicles, with various tools and random stuff just laying around..
Favs and comments will be appreciated!

Too bad that LEGO company won't make LEGO-themed military. But why not you buy LEGO bootleg military minifigs?

Yeah, they have explicitly stated they won't. I understand that they don't want to promote violence, but they aren't particularly successful at that, as some of their most popular subthemes (like Star Wars) kinda do it anyway but it's their choice.
and luckily, nothing prevents us Lego fans from building our own military themed MOCs.
As for custom Lego military minifigs - I'm aware of their existence, but those of a decent quality are usually somewhat expensive...and I kinda feel "weird" about having non-original Lego parts included in my builds, even if it's just custom prints I prefer 100% original Lego pieces.
And I usually just build individual vehicles, not entire bases etc (this vehicle garage being one exception
) so I don't really need those minifigures, individual vehicles look just as good on display without them.
That doesn't mean I will never buy any of those. I'm just saying why it's not a priority for me.

Oh if you say so. If i have more money i'll buy both original and Bootleg Lego bricks including DC-Marvel superhero sets as well as Military and Police ones.

As a former Military Mechanic, this is strangely accurate. Shops are often similar to this, with a few details off. If you wanna work on your shop more, a couple of suggestions. One major things is, there is often enough room between each serviced vehicle for mechanics to work in. Another is that there are often ladders and sometimes more equipment laying around for them. Last, some more tool cabinets or even wall mounted equipment could add to your shop, but that is more of personal taste. Regardless, this is well done for left over parts, and would like to see more added to it.

Thank you I know there isn't enough space around the vehicles but that's because I have no other suitable place to put them to so I wanted to use the workshop to store them both. Of course if they were being repaired, there would probably be only one vehicle at a time inside
I might add more details like tools and stuff if I find some more in my inventory of pieces I could build up some ladders and platforms for easier access, maybe I can rearrange some things there to make a scene where a vehicle is actually being repaired
Thank you, I wasn't thinking about the accuracy that much, i just took some inspiration from what i found online

Thanks Actually, I might add even more details in the future, I realized I have quite a lot useful pieces still available
not enough to build more vehicles in this color scheme but certainly a ton for random little details
...I guess the only limitation is the space then, because if I overdo it with random junk, the vehicles won't fit there anymore...

Lack of space, along dust, the greatest enemies of lego collectors.

Yeah ...when I build armored vehicles, they are usually wheeled tank destroyers, AFVs etc...because i don't have enough track pieces to build an actual tank
:/

i gotta confess ... i got enough tank tracks to build them but ... since i'm married and also got a job to do ... i got little time so i just have to wait for a vacation ...

This is well crafted! The attention given to the miscellaneous objects around the garage is outstanding given what pieces you have left over.
