READ THIS PLEASE!>__>" Gah! So much work, and this was meant to be a BASIC tutorial... Yeah I know there are some useless informations for the ones who KNOW how to use photoshop, but some people asked me for some advices and I think this will be clear enought.
Sorry for the lame english, it was hard for me to use some advanced vocabulary, I had to do it my way.
Seth and Damian are the ones leading this tutorial XD They are my lil apprentices!
I know this tutorial IS BIG! So I'll post it in three parts on my sketches.

I'm willing to make an eye tutorial and a hair tutorial (for tablet users only) because I don't usually use this kind of hair (outlined).

This is the best tutorial for beginners I've seen around. With everything clearly explained, unlike the others they only tell you what to do, but not HOW to do it. I'm new in photoshop, and I didn't understand a thing they say.

I use the CS2, but really, this is ooold, and I don't use photoshop anymore xD'' just for editing purposes...

Very helpful tutorial! I was wondering how you should name your layers and you answered that for me. I read this tutorial throughly and it helped out a lot. Thanks for showing examples in the tutorial for not only naming the layers, but coloring on them as well. I'm a visual learner and I have a hard time learning with just text.

AWSOME tutorial, realy helped
i noticed you said near the start that you cant work on the origional background layer as it is locked (has the little padlok symbol that wont go away) , i think that i may have found a way to save you some time, if you double klick the layer's name (in this case background) and it comes up with an option where you can change the layer name, change it from background to [insert what you want here] and press OK, the layer should become unlocked, hope this helps
