Description
“Yeah he ran away from his lessons with Uncle Askari!” Mufasa exclaimed to his father Ahadi.
“What?! What direction did he go??” The golden lion sneered.
Mufasa pointed off into distance that would lead to the elephant graveyard, a place where elephants went to pass away. However Ahadi knew that wasn’t the case anymore, not since a clan of Hyenas took over the shadowy place after being banished.
“Mufasa go home. I’ll deal with your brother.” Ahadi instructed as he took off towards the pridelands borders.

At the edge Taka could only see the bones of the elephants. He laid his ears back remembering the scary stories of hyenas that he knew resided here, but he didn’t see any like he suspected.
“For all they know the hyenas probably left.” He rolled his eyes. Normally the small cub wouldn’t dare to do something so dangerous but today his curiosity got the best of him. With a smirk he took a step closer to the graveyard when all of a sudden a shadow casted over him.
“Taka..” Ahadi growled towering over the small cub.
“Oh..hey father.” Taka faked a smile.
Ahadi shook his head and picked his son up from his neck.
“But dad! I wasn’t actually going in there.” Taka pleaded.
“That’s not what it looked like to me.” The king muffled as he marched back to priderock.

At the base of the rock Mufasa waited for the pair. Taka growled at him. “You sold me out.”
“I was only trying to protect you!” Mufasa exclaimed.
Ahadi sat Taka down but only for a second.
“Mufasa go to the den.” He looked back down at Taka frowning, “I need to have a talk with my son.”
Mufasa swallowed feeling sorry for his brother now.
Ahadi picked the cub back up as Taka pleaded more.
“Please dad I swear this was just a mistake!”

Ahadi began to climb up the rock getting angrier and angrier as Taka pleaded.
“Ow! Dad you’re biting too hard!” Taka whined.
Ahadi took him to the very top of priderock where you could see all the land surrounding them. He dropped him with a plop and Taka smiled back sheepishly.
“Now son.” Ahadi let out a deep sigh. “I’m very disappointed in you.”

This is the story of Taka’s first attempt of going to see hyenas but his father just had to show up. This is also his first time getting in trouble. What will Ahadi do? What will he say? Well I plan on making a part 2 to this so we shall see! This is my AU so I hope you enjoy!
