Description Seems like I can’t stop line-arting. After slow improvements in the scales, I have now noticed an issue with the fur. Depending on what’s next, I’ll look into it more. I’d love to be able to stylize it . . .
Also, don't ask me what happened between the right and left front leg. They just don't like each other. I heard they cut off all communications after the right one called the left one "poorly foreshortened", and the left one fired back by pointing out the strange line thickness on the right paw. Really, they'd stay apart altogether if only the dragon didn't have to walk somehow.

That's a more accurate description of what this is than what I came up with while drawing it. (My version was the dragon getting scared by something, but what? And then why would it still be sitting?)

Mhm, always two sides to the coin (or more). For your version maybe his scared of what is to come or whats in front of him and perhaps half-sitting down is his indecisiveness to either get up and face it or give up. Perhaps half his body wants to fight and the other half has giving up so he would have to make a move in unison with his body and mind or something like that. The beautiful thing about art is guessing what the artist is thinking which is always fun to consider

Haha, sometimes I imagine what some now-dead artist was thinking. Too sad we can't ask those . . .
I suppose that this aspect of suspension was what informed both of my last two lineart pieces. And . . . quite a bit of other stuff I've done. Maybe I should give my dragons more things to do, haha. I do like the feeling it gives off tho, every now and again.

Yea it is a shame we can't ask those anymore to artists who are no longer with us.
Definitely, life experiences often rub off into the stuff artists draw at the time of drawing. As for giving your dragons more things to do would love to see it! But you're art atm is unique as it is

To be honest, it was mostly just not submitting it to enough groups. There's the forums, which I perhaps ought to use more. Then there's the question of training to be faster, process-wise and management-wise. I also only just changed my profile to show I'm actually open for commissions. Baby steps I suppose, haha.

Oh everybody has to start somewhere, it's important to be open to new information

That's good advice, if I were to finally start submitting regularly I'll probably have to think about it too

The group spam is truly the most helpful. No holding back! Haha. I just joined like 50 . . . Just to have the list at the ready. I was always too timid. And I wish you all the best for when you'll try a reguar schedule!

A Super Western Dragon You Drawn. I find the details of the scales Fascinating, and most importantly, the coat also has the dragon. It is also especially clean lined and the lines are very fine. Dragon's Head Gives the Dragon an Immortal Threatening Despite the Hide. Since you have consistently implemented the style. Well done. I like it.
