Finally finished the color version of this. I'm quite happy with this version.I think this and the black and white version show a huge improvement in my work, and I'm totally chuffed.
Bringing this back into Photoshop for coloring was a mistake, and once I went back into MS5 for the color work, everything started to just click into place. Which is a shame, I love Photoshop and work in it daily, but painting just works better for me in MS5.

You did get the shadows and the ominousness back into it, while maintaining the startling color... It's very good.
