Beautiful! The atmosphere is so deep and powerful. I understand why many believe it not to be sinister. The open road and landscape makes the piece feel open, despite the rain and dark colours. Very lovely piece!

It feels a bit dangerous being there... no cell coverage and few cars... and in the summer, it is very hot.

Hmmmmmmmmm...when we drove to Colorado who took I70...I think...and the worse part of the trip was Kansas........there was no stopping no where and nothing but land land land...golden waves that got quite boring...

Wow, it looks like the road just goes on forever! That's some crazy atmosphere, too. Are the vertical lines (visible on the pavement) a reflection in the window? Or is the rain just coming down in sheets?

You are most welcome! Haven't been that way in a while but probably will in a month or 2. Just got back from Seattle and Oregon. Sorting the digi stuff out; the film will be back tomorrow, I dropped it off on the way home from the airport! I can't help myself!
