Big Question. Is there anyone out there who can teach me how to use Source FilmMaker? I have a hard time finding out on my own because I cannot find the answers I need. It would be a lot easier for me if someone could explain to me what to do and answer questions I ask, perhaps through a phone, chat or voice chat. I'd like to be able to know the basics of how to make pictures and animations, as well as importing models and maps. I have no SFM experience but I do have experience in PAC3 Editor if you know what that is. I've wanted to use SFM for years but could never wrap my head around how to use it. I'm clearly missing out. If anyone could help me, my steam account name is BearMan22 with a grizzly as the profile pic. Instagram is driftgod _masterpat Contact me through steam message or Instagram direct message for more details on the help I need.

Every model is different. So there may be problems for everyone.
If you can say something more specific about problem maybe I'll be able to help.

ok, wwell, I tried to use the Sandra model, well... all the Sandra models actually. I renamed it with a name with the same amount of characters, went thro xvi32 on each model's ml file. I then made the new textures, renamed all the models file in a separate file on my desktop, edited the names of the file directions on the VMFs, then I have the model and matiral folder the part when it says Snadra to be the new name. Almost like making another model interlay. Then I load it up in SFM on it's own, I see nothing, It doesn't even load up in the model viewing thing. I put in the original model and then the new one, but that's not working either

That's for sure something with mdl. files.
You're sure everything is in right folders? Because this can be reason. There's also possibility you did something wrong while renaming things.

hmm, When I'm butting it into SFM, should it be a separate model?

According to this tutorial, after doing everything right there should be original model and hexed model in the same folder in SFM.

They should be in location: models/nahka/sandra/*here*
Mine looks like that sta.sh/01qsi4v86jc

Oh, in the actual folder itself. I made another folder thinking that was what I was meant to do
