This is cool. The 40K aquila and the UN wreath actually make a pretty neat combination. Who'd have guessed?

Sounds kinda like the Imperium from Warhammer 40,000 or the Empire form Warhammer Fantasy even. The use of the W40k logo is good.

Some aspects are based off the Imperium, the NSE is an amalgamation of a whole bunch of sci-fi empires, heh.

Yup, the Empire claims about three-thousand worlds, and maintains a presence over a good two-million star systems.
While the Empire is named for its founder race - the Neethisans - it is an assemblage of about a dozen allied races, with another dozen within it's territories, though not allied with it.
