Well, everything I upload is english-only unless there's worldbuilding reasons not to; most swedes are proficient in english and I speak it almost as fluently as swedish.

That helps indeed! I think the best bet, for me, would be to upload things like writtings in english and just keep personal notes and ideas in spanish as I develop them.
