This is my fav moment and then another moment in a clip think its the same ep where it says somewhere along the lines of''yes we went there'' I think the 4th wall breaching here was meant as a inline joke as if you didn't have a way to rewind and pause you would ether miss it,hardly note it or think you read it wrong.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann uses loads and loads of Spiral Energy and badassery. Megas XLR can do the equivalent with a single button.
