Description
Part two of the BG tutorial.This one covers a little more distortion effects, including the "Clouds" rendering effect.
Again, if there's anything that you don't understand, or that I don't make clear enough, just comment and I'll try to help.

The polka dots were made by using the brush tool.
I just clicked around and made a bunch of circles

Paint.NET is easy to use; it's the only thing I've been using so far...
