*warning* BIG FILE!!!this tutorial is for PAINT TOOL SAI.
if somebody has questions - please, feel free to ask. ^^
well my friend asked me for that tutorial long time ago, and i promised that i'll done it before Xmas... XD *cought* okay, okay. anyway, i know, i really suck at coloring, especially now, when i'm using new program instead of my beloved photoshop. but still, as she reminded me today about it i've done it. !! took me 6 hours, but hey, it's for friend, so why not?! ^_^
sorry people, don't think it's really helpful... i've tried to make it as much detailed as i can... but erm... okay, i can't do tutorials. XD

Very nice coloring, indeed. But in my opinion you should make shades darker - they're hardly visible, and you need some highlights on the hair.
Oh and I don't recommend you this tutorial - I made it when I was a beginner by myself.. >.>

still better than me ^^ yeah i thought it too, about the shades, but some how in my original works it kinda sucks do great shades, and my degrades in shadows are bad (with effects and when i use my tablet because it isn't so sensitive)

You should download Paint Tool SAI, it's actually better than Photoshop, at least for me. Though it will be hard to get used to it at first.

Oh, it's easy. You can see your layers window, can't you? Go up for a bit. Select layer what you want to change. There will be 'Blend mode', and there you should select 'Multiply'.
Anyway, don't trust this tutorial - it's really old, I did this one when I was beginner..

Not really. I was planning on doing new one, but my own skills are changing and improving day by day, so I don't know should I do a new tutorial before I find my own style.
