internal: 1600 m³ and one company infantry

Troop Ship
external: 4x transport boxes with a transport volume of 817 m³ (a total of 3268 m³)
internal: 2x 26000 m³ or two regiments infantry (standard cargo: a regiment including ground vehicles and equipment for several days)

Specificity:
unlike in the Milky Way, where the Tau'ri ship classifications, i.e. the classification in corvettes, frigates etc. and also the use of these types of ships, have established themselves in the long term, this classification could not be established in the Pegasus Galaxy, due to the here existing political and military situation
the classification of the Tyrus-Class as a destroyer was made by the Office for Intergalactic Investigations, the civil and military foreign intelligence service of the IUSP, due to the size, armament and deployment scheme of this class of ships
the Ebastana Treaty Association, also known as the Genii Protectorate, classifies this class of ship as a patrol ship
the Tyrus-Class is the smallest capital ship in the CPF and, at the same time, the largest unit of ships capable of landing on a planet
therefore the ship class exists in two versions: the heavily armed patrol ship (destroyer) version shown here;
and a version armed only with the externally mounted missile launcher batteries that is used as a troop ship and small military transporter
the parts, which in the patrol ship version are referred to as "weapon segment", become internal cargo holds / troop quarters in the transport version, whereby either a total of 52,000 m³ of cargo or 2,720 infantry can be transported
in practice as a landing craft, this transport capacity is divided, so that 1360 fully equipped infantrymen including ground vehicles and equipment for several days can be landed on a hostile planet, per Tyrus-Class
of course, both versions are equipped with the external transport boxes prescribed by the CPF, in which the supplies for the ship's crew are stored and which also serve as a rescue pod

despite their antiquated design, like all CPF ships, these ships shouldn't be underestimated
the Genii have always tried to give the impression of being more backward than they are in order to appear more harmless
this basic attitude exists in certain respects until the end of the 4th century AJR (24th century AD)
but these ships are indeed state of the art, for example, the rotation segment is actually not necessary for generating artificial gravity, since all CPF ships have gravity generators or the radiators of the propulsion system are by no means necessary because the internal cooling system is sufficient, etc. etc.
however, these design elements do no harm either, for example the rotating segment still generates gravity even after the energy for the gravity generators has long since failed
the ships of the Genii Protectorate are considered to be the most robust in the entire local group, which they proved especially during the two Genii-Mandrillus Wars
only real weakness of these ships (like all CPF ships): the maneuverability is severely limited, as the ships only have conventional chemical and weak gravimetric steering engines
