Description
Today, exactly 100 years ago, on the 20th October 1917, Zeppelin L55 made an emergency landing on a field near the village in which I happen to live.The ship returned from a raid on London, got off course due to bad weather, accidently set up the world altitude record for airships and then came to a rest here.
