The LGBTQ movement is often viewed more as a LGGGG movement, which is odd since trans people are oppressed to an extremely higher degree than gay people. I don't mean to say that gay people aren't oppressed because of their sexual orientation; I'm saying that trans people are often more oppressed for not conforming to the traditional gender binary.
