This is another photo of me, taken by my mother, when I was seven years old. My mom probably didn't develop this one - my clue is the big "FOXPRINT" logo on the back of the photo, LOL!We were on vacation, sitting by the pool, and my mom snapped this photo as my hair was beginning to dry. How much do you love my freckles?
If only this were the color of my hair now. sigh.

I absolutely adore freckles, and I don't know why. I think they're just awesome or something, cause when I was younger and when I used to tan (hint the term used to) I would get little 'sun kisses' as they were called, all over my cheeks and nose. And I would be so excited about it too, until they faded away.
From the looks of it, you were just smothered with affection from the sun!
Still have that great smile. And as for the picture, it being developed I guess at some regular place instead of your mother, it still looks nifty. I just like how she focuses right on you, and leaves the background blurry.

Wow. I almost feel uncomfortable looking at this photo. It produces very strong feelings of love and tenderness. Feelings shared between mother and daughter. You have such a sweet smile here, and your eyes are so tender. This photo is really simple - yet powerful. It's an excellent photo (don't get me wrong) - but I feel as though I'm intruding on something personal.
I suppose that's a good thing. Anytime an image (of any medium) can evoke a strong response, then there isn't much to complain about, right?
