Sharks get no respect. They're much more than mindless killers and they certainly aren't out to get humans. If they were all those who encountered them in the wild would be dead. You're more likely to get struck by lightning than get attacked by a shark. Also "attacked" is a misconception. Think of it as an accident.Related content

Dude I know. Β So few sharks kill people each year, yet we cruelly cut of the fins of thousands upon thousands of sharks every year, leaving them to die miserable, slow, painful deaths at the bottom of the ocean.
