Description
Here it is, the one and the only Eye Manipulation Tutorial. If you have any questions ASK That's what I'm here for. I suppose one day I'll end up being a teacher for students after my career of being a graphic designer. Oh there I go again off day dreaming. Again just let me know if you have questions. Also be sure to check out my other tutorials *nods*-OXtheII

Uh ... I hate to feel stupid, but this just seems to be a progression ... where is the actual tutorial? I've already followed it once before, but I've forgotten one of the tips and planned to go through it again. Did you remove it?

You have to download the actual tutorial, if you look to the right under the preview it will say "Download Image" and then you will get the whole tutorial

Thanks. I'm OK, and looking at the my manip today I find it good enough. Silly and lazy me, I've taken an eye sample out of google images not thinking that I could actually succeed and I am not able to show it to you as it wouldn't be fair on the guy who uploaded it.
I'll try another one these days and I'll show you the result.
Best of wishes and thanks again.

What version of photoshop do you have?
Click on the black arrow and then ake sure the layer is selected, look on the top of the screen and look for something that might say show bounding box or adjustments or what not and check it and then a little dotted line with adjustments should appear around your object.
When you adjust the object the dotted lines will become solid and when that happens just press enter.
Did it work???

All in good time my friend and practice
Also if you want the circle to be "perfect"
hold shift and draw the marquee tool
and when resizing do the same thing, the object will stay the same shape just not the same size Hope I've been a great help!
