ACTIVE | An Audible Original (Audiokinesis, or the ability of soundwaves, Penny has an owl's standard of hearing able to pick up on frequencies different sounds and key, and in time, repeat it back clearly with altering her own voice to match the pitch.)

TIER I - Within 10ft around her, Penny can pick up normal to light whispers of coversation, retaining the smallest of details through concentration. It's very easy for her to lose it if there's more than one sound going on around her, making her have to separate what with whom and what she needs.

TIER II - Within 20ft of her range, Penny can narrow in on the softest whispers, the faintest rustles in the grass, all while still needing to concetrate carefully. She can pick up different tones and pitch at this level, remembering exactly who said what if she heard them again.

TIER III - By now her hearing is becoming more finite, no longer needing to strain but she is still limited to 50ft around herself, easily picking up on sneezes, whispers, animals settling their wings in the trees. She can also take the different tones and pitch of voices she's heard 5 times, being able to mimic their voice. It's proven to be quite useful as a living tape recorder, or imitating someone else tot throw people off.

TIER IV - At a distance of 100ft Penny can listen in and by hearing the voices more than once. Her vocal mimcry from those she's heard has gotten better, though she's still struggling to make sure she's gotten the slang right, easily using her own through their voice. She needs to hear the same voice at least 3 times to mimic it correctly.

TIER V - She can now acutely hear even the faintest scuffle of a mouse scurrying as far as 150ft away from her spot. Not only that, her memorization of the voice has improved, needing only to hear it only once in order to mimic it perfectly.

Limitations: Solid walls and water make terrible carriers of sound, muffling it for her. The more sensitive her hearing grows, the easier loud noises closest to her can disorient her easily. She cannot mimic a voice she's never heard before (ie: Someone's brother she's never met), over use of this power within a day can wear her voice down and she'd be inable to speak for the rest of the day. And she is only limited to imitating those capable of speech (people, complex monsters, etc...) as they are deemed "Intelligent Creatures" since Athena is Goddess reigning over wisdom.

PASSIVE | Athene Noctua - A natural affinity to Owls
Penny has similar features to owls herself, the wide eyes, the widows peak of her hairline, so she finds a familiar kinship with the creatures. Whenever they are around she feels at peace, being able to ramble as long and loudly as she needs to and they wouldn't find her thoughts any different. Before coming to camp, she did assume the abundance of owls meant that she would be getting a letter to Hogwarts soon. The obvious let down is something she's embarrassed to talk about to this day and is seldom to mention it.

By over-analyzing each and every situation she doesn't feel confident in knowing about, Penny often overlooks even the simplest of solutions and hinders her own actions until she feels she can make the right choice. She freezes, hyperfocuses on even the smallest of details trying to understand them, and is unable to choose until she's ran the issue thrice over in her head. She weighs all pros and cons of the issue, then runs all possible solutions again for a more thorough check, making her reaction time less than to be desired. A mole hill easily becomes a mountain in her eyes and she immediately goes overboard of all possibilities, solutions, and repercussions that she often misses the most obvious --and sometimes easiest-- answer that's right in front of her.

She's doing whatever she can to make their time together much easier, knowing her life as a demigod proven to be dangerous with her father and grandmother at home, she wants to be a reliable person to count on. It's also made her more rational with her decision making as a result, trying to find the more pratical solution within reason and sticking to the laws of physics or truths, whatever tey may be. Sometimes however, she can come across as insensitive with her words, valuing honesty higher than emotional stability that she comes across as cruelfully blunt without meaning to, so while the truth can hurt, with Penny she means it with sincerity. Wanting nothing more to help her loved ones in any way she can, becoming meticulous to a fault in her work and her words. On the flip side, when scorned, Penny can become spiteful, words and actions turning passive-aggressive as she hopes to sneakily play some part in the offender's downfall. Its a cowardly thing to do but she considers it a win to herself nonetheless, proving she was right all along and seeing the broken disbelief on their faces. She can also be very smug with her knowledge and abilities, as most other demigods value their physical prowess her brain is all she has and she stubbornly believes the pen is mightier than the sword. Shes highly inquisitive of the world around her, especially if its something she yet to understand be it a new creature or a fellow demigods powers, she wants to learn of it soon enough. Out of pure curiosity and her own mental note later. finding it a fascinating study to witness beforehand. If it's not in her expertise and she doesn't knows fully well about it, she will soon enough, needing to know all being one of her goals so she could recollect on it later. "A jack of all trades and master of none is better than a master of one" is something she'd heard often and sticks true with to this day.

- Her favorite way to spend a lazy day is when it's a thunderstorm outside and she's snuggled in a blanket with a thick novel.
