There are a few typos, but they're easy to work around, just pressed the key next to the correct one or mistook one word for another because they have the same pronounciation.

I couldn't find the typos I saw before, even with a very extensive search. You might want to see if you can find any I might've missed, and maybe let others know. It's not a serious issue though.

Oh! First off, in 'Application warnings', you accidentally used 'club' and 'group' interchangeably. You said, 'keep in mind the club you want to create may already exist' and then said you can use the group search function. (:

I don't have an official position because I work super-long times on most of my art (30 hrs+) OTL I don't want to be someone who can only translate at random times yet be taking the place of someone who could do so regularly.

Hmm... pretty much everything I learned myself.
I'm not sure about the note viewer, though. When I converted a club, only the most recent notes were kept. I think, the ones I've responded to. I didn't read a lot of the notes because they were sent before I started doing things for the club, and they were no longer there after I made it a group.

Is it possible the notes are in the Notes Center folders? I don't recall coming across any lost note reports previously through #devBUG , if you can provide a link to a missing note or otherwise verify this problem, I would like to report it to the admins

I just went through all the folders and it doesn't show any unread notes. There were unread notes in almost every folder before. It's possible that it's showing all the notes, but that they all say they've been read and replied to... (when I tried finding a note that I'd read but didn't reply to, I didn't see any, but I didn't search very hard)
It's not really important, though. I'd abandoned trying to look through all the notes a long time ago, so I just left them unread.

The read/unread distinction is rather inconsistent and I'm pretty sure they don't intend to spend any more time resolving the problem. I've noticed that the notes appear read but clicking on a specific note will refresh the page so they all appear unread, I don't think that info was saved properly in the transfer from club to group.

That will depend on the folder settings - the group founder/other privileged admin will need to enable submissions to the folders in order to allow you to submit to a given folders.
