Gosh, even as a christian I understand this. I hate it when intolerant people as bad as "liberals" sully our good name by being homophobes. This is the reason the world hates Christians, because of the handful of jerks who think this. The bible says "judge not lest ye be judge" for a reason guys.

Kind of silly and juvenile.
As a lesbian I can tell you that Christians have been some of the kindest people in the world to me.
I just don't demand that they approve of my sexuality, which sets me apart from most of the LGBTQ community, who go beyond tolerance to demand approval.
Trust me, the people who have called me names, made fun of my lifestyle, and in one case assaulted me and my girlfriend were NOT Christians.

It's okay if you don't want to seek approval, as long as you don't mind spending the rest of your life as a second class citizen. Some people are not happy with being a second class citizen, which is why they demand approval.
