Why ceratopsian would be a "rats" behavior? These were omnivorous behavior.

Because some ceratopsians have behaviors of rats, because its only for small ceratopsians that were cat-to-dog-sized.

I see, you're talking about from Yinlong and Micropachycephalosaurus to Psittacosaurus and to Microceratus.
