Description: Everybody knows that this rhino got one tail, four legs, and twelve toes, and what else you want to know? Two Big Horns on the tip of its nose. Most rhinos have poor eyesight, but excellent hearing and sense of smell. The Diceros was the smallest rhinos(closely the size of the Lesser Rhinoceros(aka Javan/Sundan Rhinoceros)(Rhinoceros sondaicus)) in Africa, but one of the 3rd largest of the 5 rhino species, before the Great Rhinoceros(aka Indian Rhinoceros)(Rhinoceros unicornis) in 2nd place, and its cousin, the Ceratotherium(aka White Rhinoceros)(Ceratotherium simum). Like almost of the rhinos, the Diceros is highly solitary, except A: A bond between mother and her calf. And B: rarely living in small herds of cows and their calves at night. 2 species of Africa's rhinoceroses are one of the Big Five, among with the Bush Loxodont(aka African Bush Elephant)(Loxodonta africana), Leopard(aka Old World Spotted Panther)(Panthera pardus), Lion(aka Golden Panther)(Panthera leo), and the Cape Buffalo(Syncerus caffer). Tickbirds are the rhinos' cleaners, which they can get rid of the pesty parasites, which your average rhino think that it is feeling miserable, when it was parasite-less. Like that of the Northern Ceratothere(Ceratotherium simum cottoni),which it is the most critically endangered subspecies, all species of Diceros(We're not sure, if the Southwestern Diceros was the vulnerable species?) are complete critically endangered species, due to the poachers hunting them for their horns. We humans who are NOT poachers can protect all rhinos and the other endangered species from extinction. The predators of the Diceros, are lions, hyenas(especially spotted hyenas), and crocodiles. The Diceros's enemies are the Bush Loxodonts, due to the fact that these elephants are considered threat towards these rhinos.
