Very gorgeous. Although I must admit, I'm personally not too fond of the black outline on the roof. I feel like a darker gray (i.e. not deep black) will lessen the contrast between the red and blue elements (water & roof tiles). It's particularly apparent due to the nature of pixel art, but I know that some people most certainly like the style of a black outline. I feel like a really dark brown shade wouldn't look too bad. But this is coming from a mere consumer point of view, I'm awful with art, I just know what I like

Oh I think I just realized what it is. Perhaps the fact that the railing area is a light grey and has no black outline is what makes the contrast appear to be so stark. Although once again, the above applies, question of preference most likely

Thank you for the detailed comment! You're actually completely right. The roof was recoloured from the black roofs that you can see in some of my other deviations to this orange/brown colour. I'm not actually too fond of it myself, I prefer the black, but it's what the commission required. It seems that when I changed the colour it changed all of it but that black outline, and I just didn't notice it. I've changed it to a dark brown/orange instead now, thanks for pointing it out
And now that I look at it again, those grey outlines aren't dark enough, so I'll have to change those too.. xD
