Description
Larcoon city, north of Aurora town and south of Kindle Woods and Kindlewood town. A legendary (which was going to be Lugia...) uses some sort of special water move which flooded lower Larcoon and sent a radiation out sending stuff blue. This is the most complicated map I've made yet, the transparency is so hard to get right and if you change one tile it takes three minutes to change in the water.
Tile credits: Alistair, WesleyFG, Kymotonian, Alucus, Dewitty and I for all pallets and some tiles. If you made anything in this, please tell me.
Update: Changed the tree tops in the water after PrinceLegendario's cc.
Update 2: Fixed trees.
Update 3: Big update this time. Added the route connection, changed some pallets, added people and Pokés and fixed all of the errors.
Update 4: This is the final time Larcoon will be filling your messages, I promise. As now, it's finished! I've added the rest of the map to the east, so you can finally see the whole thing. And I've finally added the steps!

I still suggest you to flood the upper part of the rock slope. It looks so unnatural when trees, buildings ant other stuff are flooded about 2 tiles high and the slope is just 1 tile.

There, done. I'd actually already made the tiles for it but just didn't get around to it.

It does actually look a lot better, I'm surprised.

Lol.
I can't trust them or mine 100%, I just found out half the map had a different grass! It looks way better now.

A lot of people made the tilesets, but I've edited them all so they're private

Thanks. You don't, you'll have to wait for it to evaporate naturally.

Yes actually, you'll be able to catch the two starters you didn't choose at some point into the game.

Horrible? Look at the fan-art. Nintendo did a horrible posing job but the fans didn't (myself included for Pokabu)

Why just four of them are made correctly?
What I noticed right now... Look, your trees and houses are flooded about two tiles high, but rocks just one tile. You should also flood the upper rock layer.

What do you mean just four of them?
I'll change that too soon.

[link] Four of them are different than the others, and those four are correct.

Can't believe I didn't notice that, I must have rushed it. Anyway, I've fixed it now.

I was wondering how this city looks exactly. It's very nice. I like the idea about Lugia you told me yesterday. I think there's no problem with two different Lugias in two different games.
The only bug I see is flooded trees tops. I thing they should be flooded in some different way, because of the perspective you did it a bit wrong.
What should be over the water is this red part: [link]

Thanks. Yeah, I think it'll be different enough to be, well, different.
You're right, it does look quite out of perspective. Thanks for the image, now just give me half an hour to change it xD
