When my ancestors came to the US from Ireland, they came with a dream. A dream of not being killed in the 1919 war for independence. Today I celebrate that part of my heritage with a comic featuring no Irish people whatsoever.

This is nearly a week late, due to many outside interruptions and the slow dying of my computer (it's nearly six years old, and it's replacement is stacked in boxes downstairs, waiting to be built.) The paper I drew it on originally took the ink very poorly, and I spent much more time cleaning it up and working on it in general; even so I still shortcut the backgrounds as much as possible. Everything was drawn with minimal reference, except the JSF which is actually a photo doctored to look like a drawing, and therefore perfectly accurate. Pg.2 mature'd for almost showing something, but not quite.

It takes a real smarty to thwart the plans of the ninja. Lyta is just such a smarty.
