Description
I waited to get a good clear shot of this coopers hawk perched but wasnt having any luck...a few minutes passed by and it flew off right in front of me. i was lucky to fire off a few shots before i only ended up seeing its rear endcoopers hawk- Arizona

Meaningful critiques are next to impossible with this type of shot, other than post processsing.
You just don't have any model control!
Well, you got the processing right so what's left to say?
You got real good light on the hawk's underside. Too dark shadow under the wings and banding across the body are bugaboos with flight shots.
Perhaps the only thing that would be better would be to have the far wing more visible.
Of course there isn't much that you can do about that except when shooting, use full bursts (perhaps you did) to catch those millisecond position changes.
I'd be happy to have this in my galley.
Good work.

ugh Cooper's Hawks are so awesome. The mature birds always look so evil. The background could not have been any more perfect here, and congrats on finding an adult bird.
