Description
This is not a concept. It is a working skin for Vistart.Unzip the file. Place the complete folder in the skins folder of Vistart. Open the languages folder and rename the english language file to whatever you want. Don't delete it. Place the included language file in the languages folder.
For use with other skins undo the change of the language file.
If you don't have Vistart already, get it herelee-soft.com/vistart/
It is free software.

I can't get this to install for anything. I checked both Program Files and Program Files x86 and there's no ViStart folder in either one. I found it in AppData, but even after putting the correct folder in there it still won't show within the actual program. Am I doing something wrong? And of course after days of messing with it, no sooner than I leave a comment then I get it figured out. Great work! Thank you.

IKR, people want everything to be as it was since Windows 95. I enjoy changes too, especially in UI (except Aero Glass removal). They bring some life to the things which got boring after long time of using.

I ve just seen the leaked videos of windows 9 , it looks interesting but they didn't change the explorer look and it is still ugly , i hope they will change it because it is the only remaining part which i still dislike in windows

I think this is a very early version and hopefully they will do a little bit more than this. Finally they gave the explorer a new icon.
I kike the frameless windows and that the apps can run on desktop now. Til now it is more like a servicepack than a new OS.
