I have always wondered why fat doesn't develop on the arms as much as the torso and legs

I guess they just don't have as much as fat stores.
Possibly, though I did this since female bodies are tougher and more complex to draw. Their forms are subtler and require more precision. But, I'll think about a male tutorial for sure!

I'm pleasantly shocked that you actually put "little" on there. You never see that in tutorials, how to draw little people, or incredibly tall people, or uncommon cases like that.
