I am making a submission of this script to my group,.. Hope you don't mind? While I have many 'Mandelbulbers' in the group, we have only recently begun to pick up Apophysis arts. I use it myself, from time to time, but am an avid mandelbulber. Perhaps you would care to take a look and see if you would be interested in a membership? One of our largest draws is the Fractal Collaboration section, where fractal artists present their scripts and parameters up for others' use. Think it over - no pressure.

Ooooh! That sounds interesting. I'd love to see some of the new plugs used in a script. I get sick and tired of swapping them from one folder to another because of the bloody stupid limit.....

Welcome to my world ... I had 86 running for a while and then I added supershape and it all went a bit Pete Tong ....
I'm starting to get the hang of it now though I think ... I'm currently using just 5 plugins

You're right, I don't! And what does purple patch mean, as well? Slang has changed a lot at home in the past 20 years!!

Pear shaped is a really old one ... Years ago when hot air balloons went down, they went fatter at the bottom before they fell, hence pear shaped ...
Purple patch is a new one on me ...

I heard it when I was watching a footy game. The commentator said someone or other was going through a purple patch!
HA!! Just found this...
The term purple patch is particularly common in sporting contexts: for example, a footballer who had scored in six successive games might be said to be "enjoying a purple patch".
Thank God for wiki!
I'm taping the Everton vs Liverpool derby right now, then at 9:30 am ManU plays Bolton! I love my footy!
