Hi guys, finally back on the internet, really sorry for the long absence.
I always wanted to make a tutorial about how to make circle without the help of Photoshop, but I'm not very sure if there's already a tutorial about this on DA or not, but I guess it's alright since mine is quite simple.orz
I think most of the SAI user which is familiar with the shortcuts might know this small "trick", so this tutorial is aiming for both beginner and also novice SAI users.
I hope it's not too hard to understand, it's rather straight-forward I guess.^^

You can move it using the move tool above the pencil option for drawing. As for making it bigger do you mean in size or the thickness of the line?

Alright. There is a tool above the move tool I mentioned in my previous comment. A square with dotted lines. Click that and select the circle you wish to resize then click on either "transform" or "Scale". I hope this helps.

Alright. There is a tool above the move tool I mentioned in my previous comment. A square with dotted lines. Click that and select the circle you wish to resize then click on either "transform" or "Scale". I hope this helps.

try just zooming in or out to adjust size (idk how else to but it worked for me)

This tutorial appears very straightforward and helpful, I'm just having a little bit of trouble with it--you see, the Del button acts as rotate shortcut, but the screen won't rotate until I've released the left-click button, so the circle isn't drawing. Do you know any way to remedy this? c: Thanks!

You don't have to drag the line. Left-click after every rotation (delete). It'll create a new point in the circle with every click.

This sure is useful, but what a lot of trouble to go through. I'm surprised SAI doesn't just have a shape tool in it. Shame.
