New profile pic for the godSwill ministries facebook page.As I was telling Jay over at godSwill, there is no difference between this and the crucifixion, except a gun would be a much quicker and less painful way for a deity to commit suicide in order to pay for the sins of the world it made.

It's actually a video game with a movie out in Japan a month ago or so. Basically think Pokemon but with mythological gods and creatures (which is funny because this game series predates Pokemon). Here's gameplay in battle.

More than anything, it's admittedly meant to be provocative, and I thought it would be better to show the risen Jesus blowing his brains out rather than the frail human. Also I was high.

A magical, omnipotent deity could easily conjure up a firearm if it wanted to, no matter what century. Then again, it could just forgive everyone without all that blood if it wanted to. Then again, it could have just not made imperfect beings that would fuck up so bad it needed to wipe them all out, start over with more imperfect beings, and then have to commit suicide in the first place, if it wanted to.
