Of course, it's a lot of fun doing it. Why wait? I do 'historical' portraits of people quite often! I've done it for most of my family and quite a few friends. Good times.

In summer IΒ΄ll have my big oral exam in both archeology and Indo-european linguistics (technically to get from basic study to main course (donΒ΄t know if I found the right translations. ItΒ΄s just the middle of my study time). So, such a great pic would be a good motivation and gift.

It sounds like you deserve some motivation, and a gift! For a fellow bronze-age/archaeologist/historian, it would be a pleasure. I can't guarantee that I could finish it within a short time period (I'm pretty busy with work and life), so I would need a little time. Just let me know any ideas you have for themes/costumes/etc. and we'll get things started. It'll be fun. I like doing pictures for people, especially when I know they will appreciate it!
