So one of the battles ends. Solar vs Drake. So we see Solar being the wise a** he usually is and we get a little more out of Drake himself. He hasn't talked to much about why he specifically is here since the Legion of Dragons stuff, that will be explored in greater detail later but he mentions the basic reason here. Combat wise, Solar is a lot more powerful than Drake is and could probably have defeated him without to much trouble... but Solar is a snarky show off, and he spent most of the time just doing that, whereas Drake was putting effort into the fight itself. Showing off isn't something that interests him at all. Anyway the battle ends and the winner is... Nymphia. So she's back and she also shows the move wish in action. Oh and just for the record, Nymphia did knock out Drake at the end, ergo she is the first character to KO another character in Solarshadow (Rotaar didn't knock her out earlier).
I'm overall happy how this one came out, I think the lighting works to the effect I wanted. I wanted the lighting to be more soft in appearance here than in the one with Shadow due to Shadow was producing a constant light source in a smaller area while here they're in a bigger area with the lighting coming from the energy attacks and such. I think it reads that way. The moves on display here are as follows. Solar uses Psybeam in the 3rd and 4th panel. He also uses psychic to pull the metal plate off the wall and ride it with. Drake uses Fire blast and the red trail thing is Dragon Rush. Nymphia uses Wish to heal herself and Moon blast to KO Drake.
