So first thing sorry I am so late with this, I underestimated how long this would take me to do. The final part of the Jolteon fight, I am very happy how this came out. If I am not mistaken, I believe this is the largest comic I have ever done. It was a lot of fun to make but it took a long time to do.
On a side note, I am nervous it isn't entirely clear what Mewtwo does to defeat Jolteon. I tried to make it as clear as possible but I'm still concerned it is unclear. For the moment though, I will let the comic speak for itself but if you don't know or are confused, I'll explain it in the comments. The only thing I will say about it, is he is using psychic powers to do all of the things he does to get an edge on Jolteon, just he is using more than one at the same time.

Red's Journal: Jolteon
Eevee was happy to accept the thunder stone from me and become the Electric type Jolteon. Jolteon is one of the fastest Pokemon I have ever seen. At a full sprint, Jolteon disappears from my vision completely even if I am looking in the direction it is going. I've seen it dodge lightning bolts, move faster than a bullet, Out run a jet, and many other things. I still don't know exactly how fast it is, but I've seen some pretty insane estimates for it. How Jolteon does this isn't entirely clear but I think it has something to do with the lightning in its body, since it is always covered in sparks when it goes for a full sprint. I also noticed that Jolteon gets very hot after running like that, usually so much so I can feel the heat coming off of him. Jolteon doesn't really seemed to bothered by this, though it does need to rest in shade or something for a little while afterwards.
As for it's lightning, Jolteon pumps out 10,000 volts in a single electrical spark. I have never calculated what it's thunder has behind it but that bolt is massive, so I'd imagine it is much, much higher than that. Jolteon can send those bolts out pretty quickly and like I said before, it is covered in them when running, I'd imagine that it would probably fry pretty much anything it ran by. It's Thunder appears to be all this energy being thrown out all at once.
As you'd expect, Jolteon is monstrous in battle and he has Eevee's determination to be the best but with the power and speed to back it up. Jolteon has been with me ever since I got it, and it did help a great deal in defeating the Elite four and Blue. I found Jolteon's constantly negulfed in lightning, so it seems completely immune to electricity. They also seem to act as a natural sponge to special blows, usually weakening them before they make contact with Jolteon himself. He isn't built real bulky though, and he tends to take more damage from a physical blow as a result. I am usually very pleased with Jolteon's performance and it's immensely quick Thunder waves have saved me more than once in battles before.
