This is a Step - by - Step Tutorial of how I made my sprite for my pixelID: [link]A few people asked my how I did it~ So I decided to make this. I hope it helps people who are still in the process of making their Pixel IDs!! ...or just pixeling in general
Just a disclaimer, this is the way that I pixel, it's by far not the only way, or maybe even the easiest way~ but it's what works for me.

You may. It would be hard because you wouldn't be able to use layers, but you could still pull it off.

i don't like it. of coure if it's for pixel ID action. if not - that's okay. i don't like it cause there is to much SOFT shading and the glowing. it should be more like in-game character. more simply.

This is a very nice tutorial and useful, I am sure, but I was wondering whether you realised that this isn't actually pixel art? I am not trying to be rude or anything, I really do like the image but the way it was made, it's simply digital art, not pixel art.
I am sorry if I've offended you, this wasn't my intention, I merely wanted to explain.

You haven't offended me, I'm just tired of having the same conversation over and over again, since you're probably the 5th or 6th person to bring that up to me.
...Its not "pure" pixel art if you want to be literal about it, but in my opinion, it still stands more in the pixel art category than it does in the digital art category.
