There are a lot of red-tail hawks in my neighborhood, and both the crows and mockingbirds harass the hawks constantly. It's pretty hilarious.
The mockingbirds can be EEEEVIL, though. They dive-bomb anything that gets within thirty meters of their nests, and they have relieved my cat of several clumps of fur in the past. They're fearless, bro.

I hate it when I find dead, cat-killed baby birds in my yard. >.> I don't own cats; they all beong to my neighbors, and roam around in my yard. If they're allowed to let their kitties in MY yard, I think I should be allowed to let my 120lb Shiloh shepherd in THEIR yard...

Actually, my cat doesn't really bother birds. He kills a lot of voles, though. I have found many a beheaded vole left on my hot tub cover. And he seems to have a penchant for killing camel crickets (one of the most disgustingly creepy things on the planet) and leaving them in my sink as a gift or something. No, my neighbor's cat is the bird killer.
Haha that's nice XD I've got an Irish Wolfhound mix who scares the shit out of my old neighbors even if he doesn't bark. He's just extremely hyper all the time and can jump our fence. It's really funny, actually. You're not the only one with problematic neighbors.

I actually had issues with the dog (a chow chow/lab, I think) at the farm I work at occasionally. I love the dog, but she got into a mouse nest, and I ended up dispatching a bunch of chewed up baby mice. THAT is a great way to wreck a my morning. But then again, it IS the dog's farm, so it can't be really used in the Cat in Mah Yard argument. XD
