Description It's Guula again! The dancing Fifinella based off Disney's and Roald Dahl's Gremlins.

Guula is a native to the Bermuda Triangle (yeah, the mystery's solved--all those plane and ship disappearances can be blamed on the Gremlins--just as they were during WWII. XD ). She's tiny, like a regular Fifinella, but some people credit her kind's more human-like appearance to the rumor that her ancestors intermarried with fairies long ago--giving rise to a more elongated body shape. Of course, no one can confirm or deny this story.

And, here's the pose reference used: [link] by

Sigh, I can find so much wrong with this pic, but I don't want to point them out. Just please be kind in the comments.

So, is it dyslexia, or something different?

Okay.

I think that if you ever get the chance, it might be good for you to see a specialist. If you want to work at Disney, you will need to write and spell well. It would help you look more professional--and a lot of employers like that.

Thanks! I've got pics of generic Fifinellas, I was mostly asking if you knew of any specific Fifinellas who wouldn't mind being in Guula's costume. (ie, I was trying to get you to suggest one of your own characters. XD )

[link] This is the best I can for reference, so just imagine her with a yellow dress, white belt, brown riding boots with darker buttons.

She's the mom of Leo, my mute gremlin whose friends with ~Foxiso 's Himiru, and she meet Basilio when she was singing a song and he caught her off guard. She was shy at first, but he was the one that help her open up, despite him still being uneasy with Fiona dating Gus, and she helps him back with listening to whatever his problems his, just like a faithful wife would do

Faved! Thanks! That would be interesting if I was making a colored pic (I don't plan to), since the color I favor for Guula's skin is pale pistachio. I'm not sure if that would go well with yellow. But, the dress is sort of a navy to midnight blue, so Amelia would great! I'm wondering about adding a breezy head peace for her (like an ornate hood), since I don't' know what regular Fifinella hair looks like.

poplilly4009 In reply to QuoteCentric [2012-02-27 22:10:59 +0000 UTC]

I don't think Fifinellas don't have hair. If you see in your Gremlins book, at the beginning, you can see that the Fifinellas wear flower headpieces on their head so they probably don't have hair.

WOOHOO!

"I don't think Fifinellas don't have hair."

Yeah, I saw that in the book. I just wondered, since I've seen some fan-art of Fifinellas with hair. (Guula's kind of an exception, due to her mixed background). I thought about doing a floral headpeice for Amelia, but it didn't seem to work with the cloth for the dress. I'm thinking up some kind of loose hood that attaches to the horns. It would kinda resemble the floral stuff, but also have it's origins in Arabian clothing.

WHAT THE HECK WAS I DOING

Well do what you must do, but I like the loose hood thing. Maybe just a floral piece on her horns or something?

QuoteCentric In reply to poplilly4009 [2012-02-27 22:45:36 +0000 UTC]

I noticed you do that a lot. I think it's one thing I wanted to tell you about, since you asked me once what you could do to improve as a writer. The word 'don't' is fine in either place that you put it, but if you put it in both places, you create a double-negative. As I said, I've seen you do this before. I think everyone does at least once. It's no biggie--just re-read over your stuff before you post it.

Yeah, I was considering designs on a loose hood for Guula anyway, but since this is a costume swap pic, it looks like Amelia's gonna show it off first.

Sorry I haven't' been speaking much.

Been working on that pic. Almost have it done, but I spilled a few drops of green tea on Guula, so I have to wait for it to dry to finish. I figure you're going to bed soon, so you'll more than likely see it tomorrow.

Well, I've noticed you go to bed around 8 or so by my time (it's 7 now).

I won't need to re-do Guula. Green tea is light colored (but full of flavor!). I just have to wait until the paper isn't going to tear if I mark on it. I will say, Amelia came out far better than I would have imagined. I think she's going to outshine Guula this time. But, that's okay. I'm sure Basilio is going to love seeing her in that dress.

poplilly4009 In reply to QuoteCentric [2012-03-01 01:19:11 +0000 UTC]

Ah oh okay. I do, but I think I may stay up to memorize Romeo's Speech. And yes, I'm talking about the one from Romeo and Juliet, in Act 2 Scene 2.

Oh really? Well Basilio will have a hard time, as he holds the picture in his hands, trying not to think dirty thoughts and images, as his wife stands behind him, wanting his opinion on it. Then, he'll swallow down his nervousness and tell her that she was beautiful no matter what. But I like to see Tosure's reaction to Guula's!
