Huh...due my internet connection problem I barely upload this tutorial...Many people ask me how to make some stars that i use on some of my space scapes, so here is tutorial...
This is 13th space related tutorial for photoshop that I made so i hope that is not "bring-bad-luck-tutorial"

Thanks for sharing. I need to look at it in more detail before I can give you a good critique, but on first blush it looks useful and well thought out.

well, if you wanna make just a bunch of small stars, just go to filter> distort> add noise. not uniform, and is monochromactic.
then do filter> blur> gausian blur. (not sp. I know)
and I forget the set, but yea...
wait... no yea, that's how to do the cheapy stars that I learned last year (freshman year) of high school. Oh well, I'll download this for future reference. Keep up the good job!
